It's okay to feel tired, stressed, or lonely.

COVID-19 has made life more financially, emotionally, and socially difficult for most Americans. 

 

More than half of adults have reported that coronavirus has negatively impacted their mental health, including more than two thirds of African Americans and more than half of Hispanic Americans

 

Most people have experienced these stress-related symptoms:

  • Trouble sleeping

  • Undereating or overeating

  • Difficulty controlling their temper

  • Frequent headaches or stomachaches

  • Increasing alcohol or drug use

  • Worsening chronic conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure)

If you or a loved one has felt any of these, you aren't alone.  There are many options for managing stress and its symptoms, both privately and with other members of your community.
